Affogato, The 30-Second St Remio Dessert

·Affogato is proof that dessert and coffee were always meant to be the same course. One scoop, one pour, thirty seconds before it starts to melt, that's the whole window you're working with, and it's the best thirty seconds in coffee.
What You'll Need
- 2 scoops vanilla gelato or ice cream
- 60ml St Remio Cold Brew (chilled)
- Half shot of liqueur of choice (Frangelico or Amaretto)
Optional
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, to garnish
- Crushed nuts, to garnish
1. To Build the Drink
- Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into a chilled serving glass or bowl.
- Slowly pour 60ml of chilled St Remio Cold Brew over the ice cream.
- Add in half shot of liqueur of choice (Frangelico or Amaretto).
2. To Finish
- Garnish with optional chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, or crushed nuts if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy before it melts!
